Preventive maintenance procedures:
• Cleaning of air filters and front covers.
• Check for noise and vibrations.
• Check for normal operating voltage and current.
• Check for damaged knobs, dials, switches and indicator lamps.
• Cleaning of evaporator and condenser units.
• Cleaning of fan motor, blade and blower.
• Cleaning of control relays and electronics.
• Lubrication of shafts and bushings.
• General cleaning of unit housing.
Corrective maintenance procedures:
• Quick response time by CM Team, 1 hour for city limits, 2 hours for provincial sites, 3 to 4 hours for highlands and 5 hours for very remote areas, day or night, or best effort for exceptional cases.
• 24 Hours on call, 7 Days a week including holidays.
• Immediate non consumable part replacement.
• Overhauling on site/off site.
