Generator Preventive and Corrective Maintenance services
Generators require periodic preventive maintenance to ensure long term and trouble free operation. Early detection can help you identify small problems before they become major repair costs. In an emergency, reliability can be lost if the generator serviced.
Preventive maintenance procedures:
• Twice Visit Monthly.
• Draining of sediments and water from engine.
• Battery and ground connections check.
• Full fuel level in base tank & correct oil levels.
• Dust and dirt removal from generator winding.
• Air restriction and dirt check for radiators.
• Belt check for wear and tear.
• Checking of control panel, gauges, meters and switch functionalities.
• Operation test with and without load conditions.
Corrective maintenance procedures:
• Quick response time by CM Team, 1 hour for city limits, 2 hours for provincial sites, 3 to 4 hours for highlands and 5 hours for very remote areas, day or night, or best effort for exceptional cases.
• 24 Hours on call, 7 Days a week including holidays.
• Immediate non consumable part replacement.
• Overhauling on site/off site.
• Provisions of emergency generator units for deployment as service units on rental basis.
