Kemayoran, Jakarta - The 6thChina Machinery and Electonic Products Exhibition held in Jakarta International Expo (JIEXPO), Jakarta, Indonesia from May 19 to 21 was participated by Powercity and other product exhibitors from China.

The expo exhibited agricultural, construction and industrial machineries, consumer electronic products and home appliances, large and small power generators, motors, water pumps, engines, bicycles, cables, batteries, two-way radio communications, hardwares, chemical products and chinese herbal medicines.

Powercity, as one of the 400 participants, showcased its product line up of generators, load banks, automatic transfer switches and alternative power solutions at Hall B, booth 138 to 139. The event was open to traders, businessmen and professionals.

  In a message expressed by Mr. Budi Darmadi, Director General of Leading Industry Based On High Technology, He quoted - “The development of machinery and electronic industry are the main objective of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia.”

 Hundreds of visitors from different parts of Indonesia and China came to see the exhibit. Among the many generator exhibitors Powercity comes unique for its load bank display and keen visitors flocked to inquire its use and features.

 Mr. Dato’ Sri Tahir, Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry expressed his hope so that the event can be a medium for Indonesia and China cooperation especially in economic,investment and trading sectors.

 Likewise, Mr. Wang Guiqing, Vice President of China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products or CCCME pointed out that by holding the 6th China Machinery and Electronic Products Exhibition helps the Chinese and Indonesian enterprises to establish business connections and pave the way for their further cooperation.

The event was supported by the Indonesian Ministry of Industry, the Embassy of Peoples Republic of China in Indonesia, the Indonesia Chamber of Commerce and Industry-China Committee, the Association of Indonesia-China Economic, Social and Cultural Cooperation (Aicescc), the Indonesian Chinese Entrepreneur Association and the Indonesia Exhibition Companies Association.

The event was organized by China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME) and in cooperation with Indonesia Business Radio 92.4 PasFM as its media partner.
